Like anything else for your pet, you will have plenty of options to sort through when choosing the right Pet Food Container . To make matters simpler, we have broken down some of the main types of dog food containers, and explained what exactly they are.

Stackable — The name of this type of container says it all: stackable containers are a great space saving option. This type of container is particularly helpful if you have multiple pets, as you can keep their food separate and easily stack the containers. Stackable containers could also be helpful for those who have one pet, but would like to ensure that their treats, as well as their food, remain fresh. Alternatively, this kind of storage container allows for one of the components to be a dedicated travel container. Some stackable containers will come with wheels as well, designed to make it as simple as possible to feed pets, and making the containers more mobile. Depending on your dog’s size and personality, a food storage with this kind of mobility may, in fact, be useful, but it could also prove to be an issue for persistent pets when hungry.

Vault — This system of storage is good enough for protecting money, so it should be good enough to keep dry dog food fresh and safe. These types of containers feature lids that thread on and off, ensuring that the food is safe from both the elements and from nosy dogs. These containers are often made with a thick, opaque plastic that neither humans nor dogs can see through. This can be helpful for young dogs that need food to stay out of sight, but can prove a pain point for owners who need to determine how low they are running on food. Another benefit of vault style food containers is that they completely trap the dog food odor within themselves, eliminating any smell from the home which will help keep pests from being attracted, and will surely keep owners happier as well.

Wall Mounted — Another cocky allegorical name, bank army dog aliment containers are abundant for owners who can’t angle the attending of a chaotic house. These containers are abnormally acceptable for acclimatized dogs who owners are assured will not eat added than they care to if accustomed some freedom.

These containers are generally meant to be mounted over a dog’s food bowl, and come equipped with a dispensing lever. This creates a great ease of use for owners, as you can just press this lever and fill your dog’s bowl in a matter of seconds. Of course, the container can be mounted anywhere that is convenient for the owner.

I'm an Atheist and this is the first of my series of Blog posts where I copy and paste the social media posts I wrote as a Christian Apologist.

"My mind existed in a dichotomy caused by a conflict when the moral/religious theory taught in my youth was degraded by the practical application of these ideologies which led to negative consequences on not only me but others I judged according to these presets both spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. The resultant cognitive dissonance created new presuppositions by which I interpret Gods Word. Let me explain. As a child I was taught to follow God's Word. I thought (as a child) that good people go to heaven and bad people go to hell (as I'm sure most children believe). When I got older I veered from Gods commandments and found them almost impossible to follow. I measured myself by the same yard stick (Jesus) that I was taught to judge others by. It took me a while but I learned that the only difference between a saint and a sinner is Christ and not sin. It's not that I sin less than those who don't believe or that I am a better person, it's that I realized my situation that I would never be in a position where I sinned few enough times to earn a place in heaven. . . I realized I would never stop sinning. But in this horrid situation enters Christ. I don't have to stop sinning, I don't have to be perfect. If I did then salvation wouldn't be a gift. If heaven has a value who could afford the price? If it's something to be worked for who would be worthy? Who is like God? I am a very depraved person with thoughts that would be condemned by any judgmental Christian or moralist who thinks it's his/her job to defend God so I keep my mind to myself (mostly). But I tell you: I am not alone. We all have our secrets. What was the condemnation by the theology of my youth has turned to the acceptance of all people who have the potential to turn to Christ. Murderer, pedophile, rapist, thief, this degenerate generation could all be made perfect if we just accepted Christ. I hate the sin not the sinner...I love the sinner as my brother/sister and I do not condemn. A man will never fear a hell he doesn't believe in but he will be curious about a Love he hasn't experienced. Count me amongst the sinners and if he can't be saved, I can't be saved, if I can't be saved, you can't be saved and we will all meet in hell because I am not alone."

The Bible identifies different types of slaves including female Hebrew slaves, male Hebrew slaves, non-Hebrew and hereditary slaves. These were subject to different regulations which included treatment.

Types of Slavery

Female Hebrew slaves

1.) There are ambiguous passages concerning whether female Hebrew slaves were to be treated differently from males. Could be sold by their fathers and enslaved for life, but there were some limits to this.

"If a man sells his daughter as a female slave, she is not to go free as the male slaves do. If she is displeasing in the eyes of her master who designated her for himself, then he shall let her be redeemed. He does not have authority to sell her to a foreign people because of his unfairness to her. If he designates her for his son, he shall deal with her according to the custom of daughters. If he takes to himself another woman, he may not reduce her food, her clothing, or her conjugal rights. If he will not do these three things for her, then she shall go out for nothing, without payment of money." (Exodus 21:7-11)

Deuteronomy 15:12-18, however, applies the same standards to female and male slaves, with verse 18 stating, "Your female slave, also, you shall treat in the same way. You must not be reluctant to let your slave go free, since the service they have given you for six years was worth twice a hired man's salary; then also the Lord, your God, will bless you in everything you do."

Male Hebrew Slaves

1.) Could sell themselves into slavery for a six-year period to eliminate their debts, after which they might go free. However, if the male slave had been given a wife and had children with her, they would remain his master's property. They could only stay with their family by becoming permanent slaves (Exodus 21:2-5). Christians, especially those who subscribe to Biblical inerrancy (this includes you), will commonly emphasize this debt bondage and try to minimize the other forms of race-based chattel slavery when attempting to excuse the bible for condoning slavery

"If you buy a Hebrew slave, he shall serve for six years; but on the seventh he shall go out as a free man without payment. If he comes alone, he shall go out alone; if he is the husband of a wife, then his wife shall go out with him. If his master gives him a wife, and she bears him sons or daughters, the wife and her children shall belong to her master, and he shall go out alone. But if the slave plainly says, ‘I love my master, my wife and my children; I will not go out as a free man,’ then his master shall bring him to God, then he shall bring him to the door or the doorpost. And his master shall pierce his ear with an awl; and he shall serve him permanently." (Exodus 21:2-6smile

i.) It is interesting to note that if a slave wishes to remain with his wife and family he must submit to his master for life.

2.) On the other hand Hebrew slaves, and only those Hebrew slaves who entered slavery "voluntarily", got some severance package:

"If your kinsman, a Hebrew man or woman, is sold to you, then he shall serve you six years, but in the seventh year you shall set him free. When you set him free, you shall not send him away empty-handed. You shall furnish him liberally from your flock and from your threshing floor and from your wine vat; you shall give to him as the LORD your God has blessed you. You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the LORD your God redeemed you; therefore I command you this today...Your female slave, also, you shall treat in the same way. You must not be reluctant to let your slave go free, since the service they have given you for six years was worth twice a hired man's salary; then also the Lord, your God, will bless you in everything you do." (Deuteronomy 15:12-18)

Non-Hebrew slaves

1.)  Non-Hebrews could (according to Leviticus 25:44) be subjected to slavery in exactly the way that it is usually understood. The slaves could be bought, sold and inherited when their owner died. This, by any standard, is race- or ethnicity-based, and Leviticus 25:44-46 explicitly allows slaves to be bought from foreign nations or foreigners living in Israel. It does say that simply kidnapping Hebrews to enslave them is a crime punishable by death (Deuteronomy 24:7), but there is no such prohibition regarding foreigners. War captives could be made slaves, assuming they had refused to make peace (this applied to women and children — men were simply killed), along with the seizure of all their property (Deuteronomy 20:10-15):

"As for your male and female slaves whom you may have—you may acquire male and female slaves from the pagan nations that are around you. Then, too, it is out of the sons of the sojourners who live as aliens among you that you may gain acquisition, and out of their families who are with you, whom they will have produced in your land; they also may become your possession. You may even bequeath them to your sons after you, to receive as a possession; you can use them as permanent slaves. But in respect to your countrymen, the sons of Israel, you shall not rule with severity over one another." (Leviticus 25:44-46)

Hereditary Slaves

1.) The children of slaves were born into slavery and there is no apparent way by which they could obtain their freedom:

"If his master gives him a wife, and she bears him sons or daughters, the wife and her children shall belong to her master, and he shall go out alone." (Exodus 21:4d)

i.) The children of slaves were born into slavery and there is no apparent way by which they could obtain their freedom.

Treatment of Slaves

Beating slaves

1.) Beating slaves was perfectly allowable regulated under the following rules:

"If a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod and he dies at his hand, he shall be punished. If, however, he survives a day or two, no vengeance shall be taken; for he is his property."(Exodus 21:20-21)

"If a man strikes the eye of his male or female slave, and destroys it, he shall let him go free on account of his eye. And if he knocks out a tooth of his male or female slave, he shall let him go free on account of his tooth." (Exodus 21:26-27)

Abduction and the slave trade

1.) Hebrews were not allowed to abduct fellow Hebrews and sell them

"He who kidnaps a man, whether he sells him or he is found in his possession, shall surely be put to death." (Exodus 21:16)

2.) Given that the Hebrews were instructed in Leviticus 25:44 to obtain their slaves from the people around them, it is evident that this injunction to not abduct people referred to Hebrews and not non-Hebrews. Obtaining and selling non-Hebrews was evidently not a problem. Deuteronomy 24:7 specifies that only the abduction of Hebrews to enslave them is a crime.

Escaped slaves

1.) An escaped slave could not be handed over to his master, and would gain full citizenship among Israelites:

"You shall not hand over to his master a slave who has escaped from his master to you. He shall live with you in your midst, in the place which he shall choose in one of your towns where it pleases him; you shall not mistreat him." (Deuteronomy 23:15-16)

i.)However, as the BibleTrack commentary puts it regarding Deuteronomy 23:15:

"Most students of the Old Testament agree that this regulation concerns a slave who has escaped from his master in some foreign land and sought refuge in Israel. We do know that, in addition to slaves captured in battle, debt slavery and voluntary slavery existed in Israel and was protected by law, so it seems unlikely that this law applies to those two categories of slaves. We simply aren't given any detail beyond these two verses." ( BibleTrak.Org,

The Bible endorses various types of slavery, though Christians only want to talk about one version and claim that it wasn't really so bad.

"The Bible may, indeed does, contain a warrant for trafficking in humans, for ethnic cleansing, for slavery, for bride-price, and for indiscriminate massacre, but we are not bound by any of it because it was put together by crude, uncultured human mammals."

Anyone in the world

We ought limit unjustifiable and/or non-consensual suffering to the world. People should enjoy freedoms that do not lead to unjustifiable and/or non-consensual suffering and this includes getting an abortion prior to 22 weeks. An abortion at 6 weeks may produce suffering but only for the woman making the decision - it is consensual suffering for the woman who may consent to avoid greater suffering either immediately or later on. There is no suffering experienced by the fetus prior to 25 week (22 to avoid rare instances when suffering could be experienced) so I see no reason to disallow the removal of tissue that cannot experience suffering. I can say this and at the same time concede that the tissue is human because a human incapable of experience is incapable of suffering.

An infant is a child who has been born and is living outside the womb.
A fetus is a developing human, inside the womb.
A blastocyst is a clump of cells, pre-development (at this point, a split can still result in twins).
An embryo is a fertilized egg.

Embryos and blastocysts are not only incapable of thought, they don't even have the requisite parts to experience pain - they are no more than a mass of tissue that may or may not result in a developing human. Fertility clinics dispose of unused embryos, and blastocysts are regularly aborted spontaneously by the female body (miscarriage).

Heartbeat. A fetus doesn't have a heartbeat at 6 weeks though this is what has been proposed by many Pro-Lifers. A fetus has a tube that pumps blood, but it is not yet a heart, and the central nervous system would not have formed so no experience of pain is possible. But the crux of the matter is that a person is medically dead when their brain no longer registers discernible activity on an EEG. It doesn't matter if the heart is beating, or if the lungs are breathing - these are controlled by the brain stem and not the brain. A fetus does not have discernible brain activity until around 25 weeks so it does not feel pain before then: This is why the cutoff in most places is around 22 weeks, erring on the side of caution.

Taking a stance on this issue from a religious viewpoint unnecessarily subjects those who do not share the same religious beliefs to the consequences of going against the religious beliefs of the Pro-Lifer thereby making the Pro-Lifer a sort of moral-dictator who has taken it upon themselves to dictate the morality of others. A decision from belief, as opposed to knowledge, on this issue also ignores the equally INVALID religious beliefs of those who are Pro-Choice. If the Pro-lifers are free to make decisions in accordance with their seriously held religious beliefs, those who are Pro-Choice should be allowed to make the same mistake.

In conclusion, In cases where the fetus is capable of suffering, and the life of the mother is at stake, the situation should be carefully examined by a doctor and the woman who is pregnant. The doctor should not have his hands tied by legislation. I have chosen to leave the decision in the hands of the medical professional, and the person affected the most by the decision, to make the decision.

I agree there should be a cutoff point of 22 weeks gestation, but saying that the cutoff should be at 6 weeks, or that life begins at conception, or that an 11 year old girl should be forced to carry the baby of her rapist because the tissue he left inside her has rights causes unnecessary suffering as a consequence of the Pro-Lifers unsubstantiated religious beliefs and it ignores abortion options which are based on solid science.

If the object of a persons morality cannot be substantiated outside of their sincerely held religious beliefs then it ought not be enforced on those who hold different but equally unsubstantiated religious beliefs, or on those who hold no beliefs at all. Our freedoms should end where another persons freedom begins - before 22 weeks the fetus cannot enjoy freedom because it cannot experience freedom and so it is the woman's freedom which ought be protected. Both good and bad decisions will be made but the sum total of suffering will be lessened.

Hey excellent website! Does running a blog like this take a lot of work? I have absolutely no understanding of programming but I was hoping to start my own blog in the near future. Anyway, should you have any suggestions or techniques for new blog owners please share. I understand this is off topic nevertheless I simply needed to ask. Many thanks!
